About

Hi! I'm Giverny Petitmermet. I grew up in San Diego, California then moved across the country to attend Boston University, where I received my BFA in Acting with a minor in Art History. I studied theatre at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) and the British American Dramatics Academy (BADA).
In the summer of 2014, I created, acted, and produced a four person version of Macbeth, called The Witches. This lead to the creation of a theatre company, The New Collectives, with my other cast members and collaborators. I am the Artistic Director/Executive Producer and Lead Teaching Artist for the company's education wing, The Young Collectives. I am also a founding member of BREAD Arts Collective.
I live in New York where, aside from acting, I often make and sell many a crafty item. Some of the items I've made and my old apartment were featured on the design blog Apartment Therapy.
